Matthew T. Kramer

Matthew T. Kramer is a founding partner of K2 Employment Law. Matt gained admittance into highly prestigious academic institutions during his educational years. He attended Northwestern University in Chicago and the University of Seville in Spain. He subsequently attended the University of Southern California in Los Angeles to receive his Juris Doctor degree. Matt went on to obtain his Master of Laws from the University of San Diego before commencing his legal career.

Prior to forming K2 Employment Law, Matt worked for many years at several major international corporate law firms. Over more than a decade, he has gained a stellar reputation in the legal community as an attorney with unparalleled skills and work ethic. Matt obtained his Master of Laws in 2008 from the University of San Diego. He was awarded a scholarship to the school based on outstanding academic performance and achievement in law school. Matt obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2007 from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While attending the University of Southern California, Matt was heavily involved in student government and founded multiple legal aid societies that remain active on the campus to this day.

Matt received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2004 from Northwestern University. During his time at Northwestern, he was awarded membership into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars due to academic excellence. He was also awarded membership into the Greek Academic Honor Society. As a result of his excellent academic standing, Matt was placed on the prestigious Dean’s List for each year he attended Northwestern. While attending Northwestern, Matt spent a semester studying abroad in Seville and earned a degree in Spanish.

Matt is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.
